CNC MILLING

CH1 offers CNC milling services to engineers, product developers, designers, & artists for prototyping, or small to high volume production. Our CNC mill can create a wide array of products including dimensional letters, 3D routed signs (carved & engraved), custom stencils, POP displays, theatrical props, furniture, and so much more. Our CNC mill measures 5' x 20' and is capable of milling, drilling and cutting materials such as wood, plastic, rigid foam, composites, or metal (aluminum, brass, or copper) with precision up to 6" thick.
